Chances are, if i faved and didn't comment, i loved your art so very much i couldn't bear to scroll down and comment or i was on a fav-ing spree and didn't bother to because im too lazy.
You should absolutely make more pieces like this. I'd definitely be interested in buying a piece like it.

I really enjoy making pieces like this, and if i can find a way to make it easier, and fine tune the bond between metal and wood I will make many more :)

very nice and unique.... did you make the metalwork yourself?
I am afraid I didnt :( I wouldnt really know how :)
Still, i like the way it works with the wood, and I know a place I can get various designs, so for now im happy working that way.
Thanks for the comment :)

Very nice. Where did you get the metal rim/hinge? I'd like to try one of these myself.

I bought it from a shop near me, or rather it was bought for me. I still have one or two, so ill check the packaging and get back to you on it :) It was a pain to fit, since its not 100% perfectly round, but it worked out eventually. Looks alright though :)

Thanks for the comment
